Six practices. One standard. Every engagement begins with a comprehensive evaluation and ends with visible change, in how a leader decides, how a team performs, how a student learns, or how a career unfolds.

Educational Psychology & Counseling

Every student encounters obstacles differently, some struggle with focus and attention, others carry the quiet weight of low confidence, and many simply haven't yet found the strategies suited to how their mind works. With over twenty years of experience as an educational psychologist, Arij Kaissi’s practice exists to identify what is genuinely happening and to rebuild around it. Her work spans learning difficulties, ADHD and attention regulation, executive function - organization, planning and time management - study strategy and academic underperformance, examination and performance anxiety, motivation and procrastination, behavioral difficulties, emotional well-being, self-esteem and social confidence, school and university transitions, underachievement in able learners, and guidance on subject and stream selection. Her approach unites expertise with practical, everyday tools while providing counseling support attuned to the pressures that define these pivotal stages of education. Where it helps, she works alongside parents and educators so that support holds across every environment a young person moves through.

Who It's For

This service is for students, of all ages, navigating academic, behavioral or emotional pressure, university students managing the demands of independent study, personal difficulties and career-defining decisions, and parents seeking guidance and expert support for a child or teenager who feels overwhelmed or “stuck.”

Approach

Arij begins with a thorough profiling that identifies the root cause of each difficulty rather than its symptoms - mapping cognitive style, learning patterns, emotional drivers, and environment - followed by a personalized program that combines learning strategies, executive-function and confidence-building techniques, behavioral tools, and ongoing counseling always calibrated to the student's stage, workload, and goals.

Benefits

Students gain practical tools they can apply immediately, a clearer understanding of their own learning, cognitive and emotional patterns, and the restored confidence to succeed, academically and personally,  through high school, university, and beyond.
